Seeking Roommate in South Boston for May 1 in Boston, MA

Hi! My roommate and I are seeking a roommate to move in May 1 and sign a 12 month lease. We live in Andrew Square in South Boston across the street from the Red Line. The apartment is roomy and updated and the room available is large with a huge closet. The apartment has a back patio which is great during the summer. We have a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a dishwasher. The apartment also has central AC!About us: We are both working professionals, like to go out on weekends, and are not opposed to doing things together during the week. I am into working out and eating healthy, so if you are as well, that is a definite plus. We like to keep the apartment really clean!
