VMC is seeking an analytical, creative and proactive Junior Campaign Strategist to work closely with our Sales teams. This is an important position that works closely with our Sales and Analytics teams to strategize sales outreach for key development opportunities. The Junior Campaign Strategist will further generate proposals in response to RFPs from top direct advertisers and agencies. This position will require the candidate to provide in-depth analysis of historical campaigns to drive strategy for clients. The Junior Campaign Strategist should be familiar with online media, ideally the video advertising sales and delivery life cycle. Candidates will need to demonstrate knowledge of the planning of successful media campaigns. They will also be familiar with key tools such as 3rd party ad serving platforms, ComScore, excel and power point. Responsibilities * Collaborate with the Campaign Strategists and Account Management Teams to create winning sales strategies and address custom product opportunities. * Develop expert knowledge of Visible Measures' products in order to answer detailed client questions and propose unique solutions. * Comfortable analyzing media/campaign/benchmark data to make a case for specific strategies * Learn to write POVs on various new media in the digital marketplace * Must be detail-oriented, very organized, a multi-tasker and able to work well under pressure. * Build and maintain a deep understanding of companies that are competitive to and complimentary with Visible Measures and stay current on emerging trends in online video advertising and related technology. Requirements * Associate level position with 0-2 years of Online media planning experience from an advertising agency, support or technical account management experience. * Ability to absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience effectively. * BA/BS degree.
