Sales Professional TSIPTile and Stone Installation ProductsBoston New England MarketOverview As part of a major company expansion, ARDEX Americas www.ardexamericas.com are immediately recruiting a SALES PROFESSIONAL with background of the Tile and Stone Markets to join our TSIP Tile and Stone Installation Products Sales team-Position descriptionProactively drive forward and grow our existing share of the Tile and Stone Installation Products Markets across the US.Position assignments Develop and maintain solid working relationships with distributors, contractors, specifiers and other key business influences in assigned territoryMonitor territory geographically to ensure ARDEX tile and stone installation products are represented and availableSuccessfully launch and promote new ARDEX products conduct product demonstrations, contractor clinics and professional product displaysProvide unmatched level of field service and support through job start assistance, assistance with preparing bids, and distributor and installer trainingEstablish individual goals and targets in conjunction with the TSIP Business Manager, develop business sales strategies, report on territory business and market trends and deliver the territory TSIP budgetQualifications Essential to the roleA min of 5 yrs successful Sales and new Business Development background within the Tile and Stone industryTile installation knowledge commercialTechnically competent - familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elementsSelf-starter with high levels of energy and enthusiasm for the Tile and Stone markets Strong communication expertise with the expertise to present to groups and build business relationships with major decision influencers Able to lift up to 70 lbs with a carrying capability of 55lbsA current drivers license and available to travel over-night 50 Able to use all Microsoft office suite packages including Microsoft word, Ms excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to a high standard.
