Robert Half International is teaming with an internationally recognized non-profit organization located in Boston, MA to find their next Finance Manager / Director. The Finance Manager / Director will oversee the financial activities, planning and budgeting, and financial systems across a network of international healthcare facilities. This position will also be responsible to train, support, and mentor a staff. The position entails travel to a variety of countries; such as Haiti, Africa, Mexico, Peru and Guatemala. The travel could be anywhere from 25-50%. The perfect candidate will have an MBA from a top rated or Ivy League school, advanced Microsoft excel skills, expertise to motivate and inspire a team, exceptional communication expertise, and most importantly a desire to help poor and underprivileged people.
