Two law students looking for two people or one person to take over our lease (for August 15, 2015-August 30, 2016) for our 2 bedroom apartment. We are looking to either sublet to two people together or separately--total rent is $2,800 a month, and $1,400 per person (heat + water included, wifi, cable and electric not included). Both bedrooms are extremely spacious with queen size beds. **WILLING TO LEAVE FURNITURE AND AC This apartment is the PERFECT location and very easy to clean and maintain. We live right across the street from Whole Foods and CVS, also a parking garage, laundromet, Cappy's Pizza, Chinese, etc. Northeastern U is a 6 minute walk, the YMCA is a 5 minute walk, Newbury Street and Prudential Mall is a 10 minute walk, Fenway is a 15 minute walk, and the green line Symphony T station is a 3 minute walk and the orange line on Mass ave. is an 8 minute walk.
