One bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment in Boston, MA

My roommate is looking to move at the end of our lease term (August 31) and I'm looking for someone to take over her bedroom. It is the bigger of the two rooms with a ceiling fan and large closet. The total rent is $1895/mth (heat, hot water and gas included) to be split both ways. We are responsible for Internet and electricity (Comes to about $45/month/person). I have a Dish subscription that could also be set up in the second bedroom if desired. The bedroom is unfurnished and I have furnished the kitchen and the bathroom and living room. The apt is right by the Green Line (B - Boston College) walking distance to the 57 and 66 bus lines. Stop & Shop, Tedeschis, Dunkin Donuts, Whole Foods are all relatively close by.I am a 32 year old female working for Head Start. I'm pretty quiet but like going out from time to time. I'm looking for a roommate who is clean, quiet and easy to get along with. Perfect apartment for graduate students!
