Our goal is to open 5-7 national offices by the end of 2013 - each run by a manager who started in the entry level marketing and sales position and progressed through our Management-in-Training Program. We find that candidates with a competitive sports drive and/or customer service background have valuable skill sets due to their work ethic, discipline, and ability to win in all types of situations. All of our positions are entry level, which allow for rapid advancement into a marketing management/consulting role, and involve working with people on a daily basis. All of our marketing and sales associates are cross trained in all areas of business development and management.Those selected will gain experience not only in sales and marketing, but also campaign management, advertising, human resources, and team leadership.
