A 9 month Pitbull in Boston, MA

Hazel is the sweetest dog anyone can ask for, he is very energetic and loves to cuddle. We have a chihuahua who is always trying to attack him and we do not want him to get the bad habits from our chihuahua because he is really sweet. Since he is a puppy he likes to jump around and would do best in a place with bigger dogs and older kids, although he likes them all. He sometimes forgets that he is a big boy and likes to sit on your lap and cuddle. We do not know much about his past but when we got him we noticed that he was easily startled and frightened by the smallest things, but is doing a lot better now. His previous owner kept him locked up in a cage with barely any food and we really do not want that for him. He likes to be with humans a lot and does not like being left alone for long periods of time. He is really playful and likes the snow, as well as his walks. Again since he is a puppy, he likes to eat and play with anything he finds interesting to him. He is not neutered and he needs vaccinations. We want him to be with a responsible family who will love and care for him, and a family that WILL have the time to be with him, and will give him the proper exercise he needs. We also may do a home visit to who ever is willing to rescue him just to ensure he goes to a loving family.
