The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with business executives and an entrepreneurial drive to put his/her sales background to use in building and growing a successful business. This individual must be a self-starter, have personal integrity, excellent communication skills, and be internally motivated to be successful. This person will have the opportunity to learn the IT staffing and recruiting industry, grow in networking skills and techniques, and gain valuable business experience.Duties: ?Responsible for establishing and developing client relationships. Will open new accounts as well as maintain, manage, and grow existing relationships, selling our contract and direct hire services. ?Working with clients and prospects to develop strategic recruiting and talent acquisition plans. ?Responsible for developing deep knowledge of our client?s industries and becoming a trusted partner and business resource?Confers with clients to identify current needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills. ?Develops and maintains contacts through networking to extend the Queen Associates value proposition and brand. ?Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. ?Works closely with recruiting team to present candidates for IT positions, and see them through the interview and hire process.Candidate Description: ?You are comfortable and thrive in a team-based sales and recruiting environment. ?You have the innate ability to connect with clients and prospects ranging from emerging entrepreneurs to senior executives in Fortune 500 organizations. ?You have the ability to problem-solve and develop unique solutions for clients in a way that creates strategic advantages. ?You are comfortable developing relationships over the phone and in person. ?You are disciplined, fearless, very hard-working, and teamwork-oriented, have a competitive fire and want to build a successful career for yourself while helping others find great career opportunities.
