ARDEX are in the process of a significant US expansion, including the addition of a fifth manufacturing plant and several innovative product launches. As part of this expansion, we are currently recruiting experienced Sales Professionals to drive forward our Tile and Stone Installation Product Lines across the US. We are immediately recruiting a SALES PROFESSIONAL for our Boston/New England Markets. This post will cover States of Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine, and has a preferred base of BOSTON. Sales Professional ? Key Responsibilities ? Proactively drive forward and grow ARDEX Tile and Stone Installation Products sales across assigned territory ? Develop and maintain solid working relationships with distributors, contractors, specifiers and key business influencers in assigned sales territory ? Successfully launch and promote new ARDEX products; conduct product demonstrations, contractor clinics and professional product displays ? Provide unmatched level of field service and support through job start assistance, bid preparation, and distributor and installer training ? Develop TSIP Sales Strategies in conjunction with the TSIP Business Manager Requirements ? Minimum of 5 years proven experience of sales and new account development within the tile and stone markets ? High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge of the tile and stone markets including key sales areas ? Technically competent - familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements and tile installation knowledge ? Experience with a tile manufacturer and premium products are highly desirable ? Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to groups and major decision influencers ? Able to lift up to 70 pounds with a carrying capability of 55 pounds, a valid driver?s license and available to travel over-night 60% ? Able to use all MS Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to a high standard. CRM experience advantageous Education
